Miss Glenda transitioned to her next chapter of life the morning of August 30, 2022 with her two children, Javiair Mattingly and GJcarra Bishop at her side.
She is also survived by two wonderful grandchildren, Jordan and Jacklyn Bishop; son-in-law Matt Bishop; sisters, Dolly, Delana, and Janie; and brothers Jack, Harold- Ray and Russel Jean. Miss Glenda has hundreds of cousins, nieces and nephews who also love her very much along with amazing neighbors, dedicated Kroger co-workers and community members all over Owensboro.
Losing her physical presence is significant but Miss Glenda leaves all of us with a reminder to be bold and love one another unconditionally.
