Gary C. Hall, 71, of Owensboro, passed away on September 11, 2024, under the care of Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. Gary was born December 21, 1952, in Owensboro, to Robert and Merlene (Gregory) Hall. He retired from Kohner Properties where he worked in maintenance.
Gary, lovingly known as a “Supervisor,” enjoyed building racecars with his children and brother-in-law, playing pool, and bowling.
Along with his parents, Gary is preceded in death by his siblings, Sharon, Bobby, and Kathy.
Gary is survived by his wife, of fifty years, Linda (Askin) Hall; his children, David (Carrie) Hall of Georgia, Joshua (Trina) Hall of Owensboro, and Tiffany (Hayley Melloy) Hall of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Ashley, Erica, Ethan, Abby, Emmitt, Hunter, Olivia, Jaxon, and Trenton; his great-grandchildren, Colton and Logan; his siblings, Brenda Emmick and Diane Harley; and several nieces and nephews.
Mass of a Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Saints Joe and Paul Catholic Church, with Fr. Mike Williams presiding. Friends and family are invited to visitation from 8:00 am until 10:30 am, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory, on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
