Sgt. Neil Draper, 52, of Owensboro, passed away May 20, 2025. He was born August 29, 1972, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and spent his childhood in Longmont, Colorado. Neil settled down in Owensboro in 2013.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Draper, and brother, Michael Draper.
He is survived by his daughters, Nichole and Brianna Draper; mother, Regina (Bob) Underwood; brother, Scott Draper; wife, Amber; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
