DRAKESBORO – Sheri Dawn Wells, 60, of Drakesboro, died Monday, June 16, 2025 at 9:50PM under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky in Owensboro. Ms. Wells was born in Muhlenberg County on May 7, 1965. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wells; grandchild, Kyson Neal; father, Freddie Smith; and brother, Freddie Clay Smith.
She is survived by her children, Chad Neal, Jesse (Stella) Neal, Tara Neal, and Brittany Neal; mother, Mary Smith; eight grandchildren, Jaydon Neal, Blaise Baxter, Alivia Neal, Kaydence Neal, Kanyon Neal, Bailey Martin, Griffin Martin, and Habrey Rager; brother, Billy (Christy) Smith; and sister, Mary Jane Smith.
Funeral services will be Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 11AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Rev. Curtis McGehee officiating. Burial in Miller Cemetery.
