If you see a big commotion on the river Wednesday morning, you likely won’t need to worry. The Owensboro Spill Control Group will be conducting a full-scale exercise on the Ohio River.
Access to the boat ramp at English Park will be restricted, beginning at 7:30 a.m.
The exercise is expected to conclude by noon.
