The annual “Stuff the Bus” campaign for Owensboro and Daviess County public school districts will be held Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
School buses from both districts will be located in the parking lots of the two local Walmart stores (5031 Frederica Street and 3151 KY 54) to accept donations of school supplies that go directly to students. Supplies may be purchased at any store.
Supplies needed include:
- Backpacks
- Pencils
- Erasers
- Pens (blue, black, and red)
- Crayola crayons (24-pack)
- Crayola markers
- Crayola colored pencils
- Highlighters
- Glue Sticks
- Folders (three-prong and solid colors)
- Notebooks (solid colors)
- Three-ring binders
- Loose-leaf paper
- Pencil pouches
- Pencil top erasers
