Jeffrey Ray Quinn, 68, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Signature Healthcare of Hillcrest. He was born October 14, 1956 in Owensboro to Rebecca Ann Hester Quinn and the late John Edward Quinn. Jeffrey worked as a carpet installer and was a member of Ridgewood Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Clinton Michael Quinn; and a special brother, David Condra.
He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Ann Quinn; three grandchildren, Lilly Ann Quinn, Maggy Mae Quinn, and Colton Wade Quinn; and a brother, Paul Anthony “Tony” Quinn.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Entombment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
