The RiverPark Center is expanding its 2025-26 Broadway season with two special add-on performances: Steel Magnolias and The Cat in the Hat.

Steel Magnolias will bring Southern wit and heart to the stage, inviting audiences into Truvy’s Beauty Salon, where six women share laughter, grief, and the enduring strength of friendship. The beloved comedy-drama, known for its sharp humor and emotional depth, will take the stage on February 28 at 7 p.m.

Following that, families can enjoy the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss when The Cat in the Hat arrives on April 21 at 7 p.m. Adapted by the National Theatre of Britain, the production brings the mischievous Cat, Thing One, and Thing Two to life in a tale of imagination, chaos, and fun.

These add-ons join an already packed Broadway lineup that includes Hadestown on October 17 and Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol on November 15.

Tickets for Steel Magnolias and The Cat in the Hat go on sale November 3 at noon through Ticketmaster and the RiverPark Center Box Office. For more information, call 270-687-2770 or visit the box office, open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
