Competing at the Diamond Lanes South bowling alley on Wednesday evening, Apollo’s co-ed team finished 2-0, beating Warren East 6-1 and Owensboro 7-0. Owen Miller led the way, rolling 225 & 214, while Kaden Brown rolled a 233. Connor Thomas (215, 205), Gracie Brown (200), Sebastian Lawrence (205), and Sophie O’Bryan (215, 223) all had impressive performances.
For Owensboro, they dropped a tight match that went down to total pins to Warren East, 4-3. Xavier Coomes led the way with games of 235 and 212, and Dathan Hinton rolled 198 and 180. Emily Cooper (191), Trey Douglas (164), Zoey Douglas (163), and Josue Santiago (152) all had standout games.
