Kelly Jo Morrison-Parker, 62, of Nortonville, passed away on November 27, 2025, under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. She was born on December 12, 1962, in Bedford, Indiana, and was the beloved daughter of the late James and Patricia Morrison.
In her younger years, Kelly enjoyed being a member of the Moose Lodge and her local bowling league. More than anything, she treasured the moments shared with her family and beloved grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Kelly was preceded in death by her husbands, Leonard Phelps and Danny Parker; daughters, Josie and Joanna Phelps; as well as her sister, Kay Morrison.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Jon (Ashley) Fulkerson and Frank Phelps; sisters, Kristy (William) Workman and Kim (Mike) Kern; as well as many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
