Cynthia “Cindy” Kirk-Lozano, 59, of Owensboro, passed away on December 4, 2025, under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. The Daviess County native was born on October 17, 1966, and was the beloved daughter of the late Bernard and Patty Kirk.
Cindy was a free-spirited woman whose vibrant energy touched everyone around her. She found joy in music, often attending concerts where she could dance freely. The beach was her place of peace, and she cherished the feeling of sand between her toes and the simple beauty of the ocean at her side. Above all, Cindy treasured the time she spent with her family and friends. Her laughter, kindness, and open heart made every gathering brighter, creating countless memories with the people she loved.
In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her brothers, Doug Kirk and Roy Kirk, as well as her beloved dog, Roxi.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Samantha (Curtis) King, Mak (Sarah) Kirk, Billy (Charmaine) Stewart, and Tonya (Alex) Fiore; siblings, Charlie Kirk, Randy Kirk, and Joy (Steve) Brown; grandchildren, Madison King, Hunter King, Adorianna Kirk, Zyala Kirk, Jameson Stewart, and Kane Fiore; as well as many other loving family and friends.
