
Anthony “Tony” Glenn Cook, 63, died on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Owensboro on October 15, 1962 to Robert W. Cook and Dottie Stamper Cook. Tony worked at Cleveland Cliffs Steel Corporation where he was a pot attendant. He enjoyed University of Louisville basketball, golfing, fishing, camping and ghost hunting. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Archie Cook, Martha Pruden, and Alburn and Golden Stamper.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Cyndi Adkins Cook; children, Allysha Cook (Caleb Webb), Dustyn Kirby, and Kaylie Jarvis (Patrick); three grandchildren, Nova, Haddie, and Ila Jarvis; his father, Robert Cook (Deanie); mother, Dottie Cook; a brother, Tim Cook (Melissa); and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2:00pm on Monday, December 22, 2025 at James H Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow at Green Brier Baptist Church Cemetery in Utica. Visitation will be on Monday from 10:00am until 2:00pm at the funeral home.
