For Kendra Peace, the relocation of Altogether Beautiful Salon is about more than just a change of scenery; it is an evolution of a creative vision that had simply outgrown its four walls.

The salon recently moved from its longtime location at 1605 Scherm Road to a new, expanded facility at 201 Salem Drive. The transition marks a significant milestone for the business, which Peace said needed a space that matched the elevated experience she wanted to provide for both her staff and her guests.

“We had outgrown our old space both physically and creatively,” Peace said. “I wanted a salon that didn’t just function, but felt right for our team and our guests. This new space allows us to expand, welcome new services, and introduce our boutique area, all while creating a calm, elevated experience the moment you walk in.”

The new location features a dedicated boutique area, allowing the salon to bridge the gap between beauty services and retail therapy. Peace noted that the vision for the space continues to expand, with plans to grow the shopping experience and continue supporting independent stylists who call the salon home.

While the new building provides the “where,” Peace is quick to credit her team of stylists for the “why” behind the salon’s success.

“I can’t say enough about this group of ladies,” Peace said. “God has blessed me with this group. When you come into the shop, there is no doubt how close we are. There would be no salon without them.”

Looking ahead, Peace aims to make Altogether Beautiful a destination for self-care and community. Whether clients have a scheduled appointment or are simply stopping in to browse the boutique, the goal is to provide a “little joy” to everyone who enters.

“I’m just so thankful the Lord has given me this opportunity to have a business with these talented women,” she said.
