Owensboro, KY — February 2026 — Baird Private Wealth Management is pleased to announce the promotion of Shannon Raines to Branch Manager of the Owensboro office. In her new role, Raines will lead a team of 32 associates while continuing to serve clients as a Financial Advisor, reflecting her long-standing commitment to both client service and associate development.
Raines’ path to leadership began more than four years ago, when early discussions about her potential to guide the branch first emerged. After thoughtful reflection, she embraced the opportunity to expand her impact.

As Branch Manager, Raines will oversee day-to-day branch operations, associate development, recruiting efforts, and strategic initiatives for the Baird Owensboro Branch. Raines will continue to provide comprehensive financial guidance and planning to her clients
