Glenn Funeral Home will host its 13th Glenn’s Give & Go event in November, collecting donations to benefit the Empowerment Academy.
The drive-thru event will take place on November 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the funeral home parking lot at 900 New Hartford Road. Attendants will gather items directly from vehicles, allowing donors to remain inside their cars.
For those unable to attend, donations can be dropped off inside Glenn Funeral Home during regular business hours through November 12.
Requested items include:
- Paper Towels
- Twin Bed Mattress Pads
- Blankets (Twin)
- Garbage Bags (bathroom and kitchen, small and 13-gallon)
- Toilet Paper
- Toothbrushes/Toothpaste
- Shampoo
- Deodorant
- Hygiene products (all types)
- Socks
- Backpacks
- Clothing-Teen Boys and Girls
- Coats/Jackets/Gloves/Scarves
- Underwear
- Sunscreen
