Pizza Week isn’t just for grown-up taste testers. We’ve got a slice of fun for kids, too! Owensboro Times is running a coloring contest alongside a mascot-naming challenge, giving young artists and idea pros a chance to be featured and celebrated.
Families can pick up the official coloring sheet at several participating restaurants or download it below. Once your child has finished their masterpiece, snap a clear photo of the completed sheet, and don’t forget to include their creative name for our brand-new Pizza Week mascot. Then send it to [email protected].
We’re teaming up with the Owensboro Museum of Fine Art to help select the coloring contest winner, bringing an extra level of arts expertise to the judging. Our Owensboro Times team will choose the best mascot name. Both winners will be featured in an Owensboro Times post, and we’ll coordinate a special photo with each winner to mark the occasion.
Whether your kid loves bold colors, clever names, or both, this is a simple way to join the Pizza Week excitement. We can’t wait to see the creativity and to introduce our community to a new mascot with a name dreamed up by a local kid!
Plus, OT Pizza Week voting is open now! Vote for your favorite creation here.
