Mary Carrico Catholic School will host its annual picnic Sept. 21 at the St. Lawrence Picnic Grounds, offering a full day of food, music, and family activities.
Festivities begin at 11 a.m. at 6119 St. Lawrence Road. Guests can enjoy live music, inflatables and games for kids, a cake auction, country store, half pot, dropbox raffle, and a $2,500 grand raffle.
The drive-thru line will feature traditional picnic favorites. Burgoo will be sold for $25 per gallon, pork for $14 per pound, mutton for $18 per pound, and whole chickens for $13 each. Ice cream will also be available.
Organizers said the picnic is one of the school’s largest community events of the year, combining faith, fellowship, food, and entertainment in a family-friendly setting.
