On Friday, April 26, at approximately 6:32 a.m., the Owensboro Police Department was dispatched to an accident with injuries on West 4th Street at Orchard Street involving a vehicle and a juvenile pedestrian.
The pedestrian was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
Due to possible serious injuries to the pedestrian, accident reconstruction investigators were called to the scene.
