Deputies with the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office responded Tuesday to the 6800 block of KY 2830 in reference to a possible rape that had just occurred.
A Criminal Investigations Division Detective was called out to conduct the investigation which led to Tryistan Abel, 21, being charged with rape 1st degree. He was transported to Daviess County Detention Center.
