OPD: Two charged after alleged robbery at gunpoint Sunday night

An Owensboro man and woman were located and charged Monday after allegedly robbing a woman at gunpoint late Sunday night, according to the Owensboro Police Department.

According to reports, OPD responded at approximately 11:23 p.m. Sunday to the 500 block of Hathaway Street for a reported robbery of an individual. The victim advised she was robbed at gunpoint by three individuals she knew.  

On Monday, detectives located and charged two individuals for their participation in the Robbery. 

Juwan A. Cotton, 24, and Jerykah S. McGehee, 23, were both charged with one count of first-degree robbery and transported to the Daviess County Detention Center.
