A “No Kings” rally was held Saturday in Owensboro. The event was part of the nationwide “No Kings” movement by those unhappy with many policy decisions made by the Trump Administration.
The event featured a few local speakers and a crowd of more than 250 individuals on the Daviess County Courthouse lawn. Participants then lined the sidewalks despite steady rain.
At one point, a “Trump Train” of several vehicles drove by, some with signage and flags in support of the President. Many of those drivers honked as they drove by, but the scene remained peaceful throughout the event.
