KSP searching for 2 women who escaped from Dismas Charities in Owensboro

Kentucky State Police is asking for help locating two women who removed their ankle monitors and escaped from Dismas Charities in Owensboro, according to officials.

A release says that at approximately 1:30 p.m. on July 29, Kentucky Probation and Parole contacted KSP Post 16 stating two females under supervision and living at Dismas Charities had removed their ankle monitors and could not be located.

Dismas Charities provides residential rehabilitation services to men and women released from state and federal incarceration.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or KSP Post 16 at 270-826-3312.

    Wgt: 132 lbs
    Eye: Black
    Hair: Black
    DOB: 08/19/1999
    Age: 25
    Offenses: Criminal Possession Forged Instrument-2nd Degree-Identify
  • Eva Spencer
    Hgt: 5′ 03”
    Wgt: 145 lbs
    Eye: Brown
    Hair: Brown
    DOB: 01/18/1989
    Age: 36
    Offenses: Fraudulent Use Credit Card, Criminal Possession Forged Instrument-2nd Degree
