Several national restaurant and retail chains could soon join the planned Kroger Marketplace at Gateway Commons, according to a social media post from Gulf Stream Commercial Services.
The post said Gulf Stream is actively working to bring QDOBA, Jaggers, Bubba’s 33, Outback Steakhouse, Jack in the Box, Jersey Mike’s, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Wawa to the development.
The announcement comes as Kroger prepares to break ground on a 100,000-square-foot Marketplace store at the site, which Gulf Stream noted as the anchor of the project.
In the post, Gulf Stream invited the public to weigh in on what additional restaurants, stores, or entertainment options they would like to see at Gateway Commons. Officials said community support is critical in attracting new tenants.
“This community’s excitement is what makes projects like this possible,” the post said.
