Wellington Parc Nursing and Rehabilitation, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility in Owensboro, has been acquired by Bluegrass Consulting Group, a Majestic Management company, according to a release.
Property records show the sale of Wellington Parc Nursing and Rehabilitation closed September 2, at a price of $9.475 million. The seller was Wellington Parc Health Systems Inc., and the buyer was listed as Majestic Care of Wellington Parc.
According to Daviess County tax records, the facility had a certified taxable value of $3.49 million in 2025. That valuation is projected to rise to $9.48 million in the 2026 tax roll, reflecting an increase of approximately $1 million in land value and a nearly $5 million increase in commercial improvements.
The company said in the release that the move reflects its commitment to strengthening senior care services across Kentucky while maintaining values of compassion, dignity, and excellence.
The facility is located at 2885 New Hartford Road. The release said Wellington Parc provides 24-hour skilled nursing care and therapy programs aimed at maximizing independence and enhancing quality of life.
Services include daily living assistance, balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes management, according to the release.
