Lady Panthers win weekly Local School Match

Competing against the local schools, Daviess County shot 162 to win the weekly Local School Match. Baylie Billinsley shot 37 and won the individual to lead the way, while Briley Billingsley shot 40 and finished third in the individual. Alexa Salamah shot 41 and finished fourth in the individual, while Kennedi Minton shot 44 and tied for fifth in the individual.

Addelyn Yager (44), Ayla Roberts (47), Molly Fiorella (55), Allison Wiggins (60), and Ryleigh Wyatt (66) also all competed for the Lady Panthers.

“It was great to see our girls go out each week and compete,” Daviess County Head Coach Jonas Billingsley said. “This is great practice and is driving competition within our team to improve their game.”

The Lady Aces shot 194, with Addie-Belle Rutman (45), Hannah Robbins (46), Ava Settles (48), and Emma Lanham (55) rounding out the team’s top four scores.

Owensboro had two teams in attendance, shooting 234 and 260, with Ryann Casey (39), Hampton Gaddis (53), Avery Martin (55), Olive Harrison (58), Macy Critchelow (68), Kinsley Hayden (71), Ellison Storm (74), and Haley Edge (76) rounding out the team’s scores.

Trinity (Whitesville) was represented by Rylee Hayden, who shot 58, and Apollo’s lone athlete, Caitlyn Cecil, shot 59.
