Daytime lane restrictions are planned Tuesday and Wednesday on KY 54 in eastern Daviess County as the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet repairs a culvert between Owensboro and Whitesville.
According to KYTC, single-lane closures will be in place between the 9- and 10-mile markers near Philpot — just past the Dollar General — from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day. Flaggers will control alternating traffic through the work zone.
