Buckle has officially opened its first Owensboro location, bringing the national fashion retailer’s full line of clothing, footwear, and accessories. A company official said the Owensboro location has one of the largest youth sections among Buckle’s stores nationwide.
The store is located at 2472 Calumet Trace, Suite B, in Gateway Commons and opened last week. Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m., with extended hours planned during the holiday season.
Store manager Dyann Duncan said the Owensboro location stands out for its robust youth department, adding that they carry sizes from 2T through adult.
Duncan described Buckle as a “denim destination,” offering extended inseams up to size 38. She said Buckle also offers free alterations on purchases.
“We can outfit you from head to toe — shoes, pants, socks, shirts, hats, jewelry, coats, fragrances, watches, and sunglasses,” she said. “We’re a full outfitter and always focused on what’s trendy.”
Buckle is an American fashion retailer known for its curated mix of brand-name and private-label apparel for men, women, and children.
