CENTRAL CITY – Gordon “G.A.” Andrew Holland, 64, of Central City, died at 11:06PM on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Maple Health and Rehab. in Greenville. Mr. Holland was born August 21, 1960 in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. He was a very accomplished Chess player, and loved to fish and play video games. He enjoyed when people visited him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon, and Dorothy Holland; brother, Robert Wayne Holland; and sisters, Patricia Piper, Laura Greene, and Marsha Shelton.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara (Kenneth) Vincent; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 1PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Cody Crowell officiating. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:30AM-1PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
