Katherine Marie Williams, 78, of Owensboro passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. The Daviess County native was born February 20, 1946, as one of nine children to the late William Beckam Earl Sr. and Marie Elizabeth Blair Earl. Katherine had a love for fishing, coloring, country and Elvis gospel music, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Katherine also was preceded in death by her daughter’s father, Roger Williams and all of her siblings, William Beckam Earl Jr., William L.R. Earl, Eddie Earl, Patsy Lipkin, Lucy Winstead, Ann Hall, Mary Loise Thompson, and Betty Jones.
Those left to cherish her memory include her devoted partner for over 31 years, Charles White; daughter, Tracy Miller (Kevin); three grandchildren, Ashley Miller (Melanie), Matthew Miller (Christan), and Amanda Miller; seven great grandchildren; all of Owensboro; numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be at noon Tuesday, January 21 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with burial in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 2:00 until 7:00 pm and Tuesday from 11:00 am until the time of the service.
