Debra Tabor Finn, age 70 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away May 23, 2025, at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital Nursing Facility. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on March 17, 1955, daughter of the late Lloyd H and Juanita Dooley Tabor. She retired from Breckinridge Memorial Hospital where she was the activities director. She attended Constantine Methodist Church. Debbie had a big heart and such a giving spirit, which reflected in her volunteering at the Good Samaritan Center. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially gardening and spent time sewing and making crafts. Debbie loved being with her family and the fun things they did. As her health declined, the highlight of her day was seeing her great nieces and nephew Eli, Gracie and Rylee.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband David Finn, brother Stoy Tabor, sister Jackie Ramsey and brother-in-law Bobby Horsley.

Funeral services will be held at Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 2 PM with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Wednesday, 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM. All times are central.
