Jennifer Delight “Jenny” Rickard, 40, of Owensboro, passed away on July 1, 2025. She was born, on September 8, 1984, to Barney Rickard and the late Mary Ann (White) Rickard.
Jenny found joy in the simple pleasures of life—she loved listening to country music, watching Shrek movies, and going for rides in the car, especially with good company and a good song playing.
Those left to cherish her memory include her brother, Josh Nelson, her aunt, Carolyn “Kitty” Bowlds, and several nieces and cousins. Jenny is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann (White) Rickard.
Graveside services will be at 3:00 pm, on Monday, July 7, 2025, at Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Friends and family are invited to visitation, on Monday, July 7, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
