WHITE PLAINS – Angela Christine Carlisle, 53, of White Plains, died Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 3:32PM at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Ms. Carlisle was born January 20, 1972 in Owensboro, KY. She was a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Edna Slinker.
She is survived by her children, Whitney (Chris) Eubanks, and Larry (Megan) Groves; grandchildren, Hunter Louis Eubanks, Oaklan Eubanks, Lilith Groves; brother, Troy Slinker; and sisters, Mischelle Nelson, and Shannon Welborn.
