Joshua Ayer Hardison, 30, of Owensboro, lost his life on June 30, 2025. The Daviess County native was born on March 3, 1995, and was the beloved son of Kelly Dawn Anderson.
Josh had a big heart and was always surrounded by friends. He made connections wherever he went and found a purpose in helping others through recovery. He liked listening to rap and hip hop and was always playing music. But, more than anything, Josh loved his family and the memories they shared.
Josh was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Arthur and Edith King.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Kelly Anderson; stepfather, Billy Marcum; brother, Aiden Ballew; grandparents, Tom and Donna Higdon, and Mary and Lewis Anderson; as well as many other loving family and friends.
