Ted “Papa” Rearick, 85, of Owensboro, KY, passed away on July 26, 2025. He was born on June 14, 1940.
Ted loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and found joy in scratch-off lottery tickets and crossword puzzles.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Becky Bennett, Eddie Bennett, and TJ Rearick; his grandchildren, Lacey, Jesse, and Katie Bennett, and Blake Smithhart; several great-grandchildren, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Ted is preceded in death by several siblings.
Private family services will take place at a later date.
