Luka Thomas Payne was born October 24, 2025, at 6:43 PM weighing six pounds, fifteen ounces and measuring nineteen and one half inches in length. His Mommy and Daddy loved cuddles with him and reading their favorite storybooks.
He is survived by his parents Stephen and Kylie Payne of Harned, KY
