BEAVER DAM – Ronnie B. Embry, 72, of Beaver Dam passed away November 20th, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Owensboro on February 25th, 1953 to the late Orville Clinton and Edna Buck Embry.
Ronnie was the National Chaplain for GRMC.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Joe and a sister, Sharon.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 44 years, Jeanne Embry; sons, William Embry (Harmony) of Beaver Dam, Joseph “Jay” Embry (Andrea) of Panama City, FL; daughter, Angie Kelly (William); 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brothers, Fred Embry (Teresa) of Owensboro, Anthony “Yankee” Embry of Owensboro, Terry Embry of Calhoun; sister, Rebecca Shouse of Utica; uncle, Basil Embry; along with several step-sons, step-daughters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held Wednesday, November 26th, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home with Bro. James Johnson officiating. Friends may visit with the family Tuesday, November 25th, 2025 from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Morgantown. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Ohio County Hospice or The Shriners.
