Billy Scott Miller, 66, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday November 24, 2025, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born June 12, 1959, in Hamlin, WV to the late Billy and Sandra McClure Miller.
Billy was a devoted member of Bridgepointe Church and loved to serve others without any attention. He had a true servant’s heart. He was proud to have been from Cleveland, OH where he was an AVID diehard Cleveland Browns football fan. Billy enjoyed music, especially Bruce Springsteen, Bluegrass music, and The Message on Sirius Radio. He also had a passion for Ford Mustangs, having previously owned one.
Billy is survived by his wife of 20 years, Theresa Hamrick Miller; daughters, Stacy Miller and Crystal (Andrew) Ungar; a son, Dan (Danielle) Bartlett; and his grandchildren, Jayden, Elliot, Colton, Oliver, Emmett, and Arwin.
Celebration of Life service for Billy will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2025, at Bridgepointe Church with Steve Cripps officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the church.
