Durinda Snyder Hall, 66, of Owensboro, passed away on November 27, 2025. She was born on September 12, 1959, to the late Hubert and Paulette (Sapp) Snyder.
A lifelong UK, NFL, and NASCAR fan, Durinda found joy in cheering on her teams and spending time watching games and races with her husband. She had a gift for friendship—she could talk to anyone, welcomed everyone, and lived life with an open, giving heart. Durinda retired form Owensboro Daviess County Hospital after more than twenty-three years of dedicated service and was a dedicated member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4168.
Her love for animals was constant throughout her life, and she shared a special bond with her chihuahua, Lola, who was her faithful companion.
Durinda met her battle with cancer with unwavering strength and dignity. Her courage, generosity, and warmth will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
Along with her parents, Durinda is preceded in death by her brother, Roger Dale Snyder, and her niece, Karen Snyder (daughter of Bruce and Lynn).
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Stacy Hall; her stepchildren, Christina and Katrina Hall; her siblings, Bruce (Lynn) Snyder, Vickie Snyder, Dean (Jennifer) Snyder, Jackie (Jeff) Baughn, and Cindy (Sam) Murphy, as well as several cherished nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Our Lady of Lourdes, with Father Joe Schoettle officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
