Stuart Nelson Powell age 61, of Owensboro, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born April 7, 1964, in South Hill, Virginia, to the late Nelson and Frances Powell, Stuart was a deeply spiritual man who departed this life with his Bible held firmly to his chest.
