Joann Susan Conger, 72, of Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025 in Owensboro. She was born February 9, 1953 in Quantico, Virginia to the late Bobby Joe Robert and Judith Ann Lashley Roberts. Joann had worked as a nurse and was a member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Conger.
She is survived by a son, Kevin Bowler and his wife, Candice; granddaughter, Autumn René Bowler; grandson, Shawn Lynch Bowler; and two great-grandchildren, Payton Bowler and Liliana Plavulj.
There will be no service or visitation.
