Gayle Ann Rash, 62, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born October 2, 1963 in Sullivan, Indiana to the late Gene and Norma Hamilton Clark.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Clark.
She is survived by a daughter, Heather Velazquez; son, Gary Clark; and three grandchildren, Erica Vasquez, Wyatt Velazquez, and Ana Elliott.
There will be no service or visitation.
