Gloria Pritchard Brown, 80, formerly of Glasgow, KY passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at the Heartford House in Owensboro, KY. She was born January 9, 1945 in Glasgow to the late Lawrence and Naydeen Pritchard of Glasgow. Gloria was a retired teacher of the Barren County and Elizabethtown City School Systems. She was an avid golfer in her earlier years. She loved to read and spend time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her son, Eric Pritchard Brown and her brother-in-law Delane Garrett.
She is survived by her son Scott (Natalie) Brown of Owensboro; her grandchildren Caitlin Leanne and Eric Scott Brown of Owensboro; her sister Wanda Garrett; niece Julie (Jeremy) Shaw; great niece Holly (Drew) Edwards; and great-great nieces Halee and Maisie Edwards all of Glasgow, KY as well as many cousins.
Based on her wishes, a memorial service will be announced at a later date. James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of her arrangements.
