Richard Miller, II, 78, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Twin Rivers Nursing Home. He was born August 16, 1947 in Daviess County to the late Richard Earl Miller Sr. and Ellene Mae Story Murphy. Richard was a U.S. Marine veteran serving in Vietnam. He was a lifelong UK basketball fan, donated to ASPCA and loved dogs.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Woods.
He is survived by a sister, Judy Roush, niece, Kim Henley; and a friend, Keith Wright.
There will be no service or visitation.
