Keith Spinks, 62, of Owensboro passed away February 16, 2026. He was born, on August 9, 1963, to the late Rodney Spinks and Pat Strain Spinks.
Keith was a member of Crosspointe Baptist Church. He loved watching NASCAR, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and especially rooting for the Kentucky Wildcats. Whether at church or enjoying a game, Keith found joy in the simple things.
Along with his parents, Keith is preceded in death by his grandparents, Daisy and Emory Strain, and Dorothy and Gilbert Spinks.
Those left to cherish his memory include two sons and one daughter; sister, Robin (Chris) Haney; nieces, Kristen Haney and April Sheffield; great-niece, Kora Mae Haney, and an uncle, Eugene Spinks.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 PM, on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory, with Bro. Ferrell Isenberg officiating. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 10:30 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Lee Steel, in Admissions, and to all of the compassionate staff on the E Wing, at Chautauqua, for the care and kindness shown to Keith during his time there. Also, an extra special thanks to Tara Ford.
