Owensboro Catholic took down McCracken County at home, while Hancock County lost to Valley in overtime.

Carolina Jones led the way for the Lady Hornets with 16 points as they lost in overtime to Valley 54-44. Ansley House recorded a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Madyson Higdon finished with five points and 10 rebounds.
Owensboro Catholic 63, McCracken County 45
Claudia Munsey was untouchable from deep, drilling seven threes to go along with her game-high 25 points to power the Lady Aces past McCracken County 63-45. Katie Hagan scored 12 of her 16 points in the second half, and Taylor Mannahan finished with seven points.
“I thought we played with a lot more energy and passion,” Owensboro Catholic Head Coach Michael Robertson said. “Claudia shot the ball well again today, and that was a nice win for us.”
